Delivery & Returns
• Item(s) must be returned unused in its original packaging.
• Item(s) must not be damaged or show signs of excessive wear or abuse.
• Item(s) must be packaged sufficiently to avoid damage in transit.
• Customers are responsible for delivery charges back to us unless the item(s) is faulty.
• Please ensure that item(s) is sent by either recorded delivery or courier. We can not except any liability for goods lost in transit.
• Item(s) must be shipped back within 30 days of purchase in order for us to issue a refund or exchange.
Include inside the box your name, reason for return, how you would like us to handle the return (exchange, refund, etc), your address to send the refund or exchange to, phone number and email to contact you.
